My first eBay Live show: the numbers and the lessons

If you've done your first eBay Live show — or you're about to — this is the thread for honest numbers.

Worth sharing:
  • How many lots you planned and how many you got through
  • Peak viewers and when they dropped off
  • What sold, what didn't
  • The time slot, and whether you'd change it
  • The one thing you'd do differently

Nobody's first show is perfect. Numbers help everyone plan theirs. #ebaylive
